Brian Spar
Chief of Staff
Brian Spar has served as Chief of Staff since March 2022 and leads our rare epilepsy development teams. Prior to joining us, Mr. Spar was at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals where he served as Vice President, Head of Program Management. Prior to joining BioCryst, he held multiples positions at PTC Therapeutics including Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Program and Project Management, and Head of the Agile Center of Excellence. Mr. Spar brings more than 20 years of project management experience in pharma and biotech and has a passion for rare disease drug development.
