Current clinical stage programs
No medications have been developed specifically to treat ET, and current management of ET is based on trial and error. Current treatment adds to the burden of PD, and can be progressive and debilitating or have an inconsistent therapeutic effect over time.
PRAX-944 is a differentiated, selective T-type calcium channel inhibitor.
PRAX-944 is currently being studied in 2 clinical programs: to treat Essential Tremor and to be a non-dopaminergic therapy for Parkinson’s disease.
