OUR MISSION
The needs of patients with CNS disorders are devastatingly urgent. Our mission is to help patients by delivering life altering treatments faster and more effectively than has ever been done before—and to do it again and again.
Our Values
Our values guide how we think, collaborate and act.
We are transparent with each other, giving direct, clear, and timely feedback so we all improve together. We respect all points of view and encourage diversity in all its forms.
Ownership
We are all leaders of our work and collectively responsible for Praxis’ success, regardless of role. We owe it to ourselves and to one another to constantly raise the bar.
Curiosity
We are scientists at heart—curious and open to continuously evolving. We are always asking questions and challenging each other on how we can better help patients.
Results
We relentlessly pursue our objectives to achieve results and deliver the impossible. We expect and deliver excellence in all our efforts for all stakeholders.
The Path to Possibility
Praxis was founded in 2015 on the belief that advances in genetics could unlock a deeper understanding of neurological disease. Beginning with rare genetic epilepsies and disorders of neuronal excitability, the company has built on its expertise in ion channel biology and human genetics to develop a diversified neuroscience pipeline spanning movement disorders and epilepsy.
Today, Praxis is advancing a late-stage portfolio while broadening its capabilities through two different discovery platforms: CerebrumTM for small molecule candidates and SolidusTM for antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) candidates.
Meet the team guiding our vision and driving execution for precision neuroscience. With expertise spanning research, development, and commercialization, our leaders are working to advance therapies that address the underlying drivers of CNS diseases.
